      Pros

      This place is incredible!! I've developed as a leader, follower of Christ, and all-around person. There is no where on earth I would rather be. Coming to work feels like walking in God's calling on my life.

      Cons

      The hours are long, and we work holidays such as Christmas and Easter. But it is entirely worth it!!

      The attention to the vision and mission is as laser focused as I've ever seen. Our leadership is second to none and cares so much about every single employee. I wake up every day excited to go to work. I GET to do this!
