      Pros

      The church is always looking forward in the way they do things. The staff is full of energy and fun and God is really moving on the campus. I had a failure and STILL they reached out to me and loved me through it. Other churches aren’t always like that.

      Cons

      The services are very regimented and if you have been raised in a spirit-filled environment, you will find the limited time for the Spirit to move as a point of frustration. Still...God is moving and changing lives.

      We have a huge commitment to our mission, which is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Working here is unique because you will literally see people's lives changed first-hand in so many ways. It never gets old. Life.Church is very generous with benefits, vacation time, and 401k matching. Working here includes so many intangible benefits as well—your faith and family will grow stronger here.

      Cons

      We believe excellence honors God and inspires people, so get ready for feedback! We're a very high-feedback culture. This isn't a con in of itself, but some people are not prepared for this when they come on the team and it can be viewed as a negative. Also, if you work at Central, advancement and promotion opportunities aren't very clear.
