      Mission and vision is the best around. Leadership and personal development is a priority. Benefits are INCREDIBLE!

      Lots of hours, but worth it! Holidays and weekends are focused on the mission , but also worth it.

      Pros

      The church is always looking forward in the way they do things. The staff is full of energy and fun and God is really moving on the campus. I had a failure and STILL they reached out to me and loved me through it. Other churches aren’t always like that.

      Cons

      The services are very regimented and if you have been raised in a spirit-filled environment, you will find the limited time for the Spirit to move as a point of frustration. Still...God is moving and changing lives.
