      You will be led to bring your best to what you do in every area of your life. You will be working with the highest caliber of people day in and day out. This fast-paced, challenging environment will not be a good fit for everyone.

      Pros

      Life.Church cares about more than just my workload and productivity. The culture of the organization and the leaders within it value me as a person and care about me, my family, my kids, all of it. I am a whole person working at Life.Church, loved and seen. I feel cared for, and I get to care for those around me.

      Cons

      Depending on the role, working remotely may not be possible. As the world moves towards more plentiful work-from-home opportunities, this can feel like a con, but it can also be a pro as the community element of being in the office or at the campus is part of what makes the work culture so vibrant.
