      Pros

      The leadership at the church cares about you as a person and as a follower of Christ even beyond what you do as your job. I've grown and developed as a leader and as a follower of Christ so much here.

      Cons

      The environment is fast paced and intense. If you are not results-driven and self-motivated, it will be a difficult place to be a part of for long.

      I love everything about my job. I'm not joking. The unapologetic focus on our mission of leading people to become fully devoted follower of Christ. The culture. The passion. The leadership development... and doing it all with other people who bring high-capacity leadership. This truly is not a job, it is a calling.

      Cons

      If you're not prepared for working harder that you've ever worked (but getting to be a part of something incredibly special), then this isn't the place for you.
