      Pros

      The leadership here is second to none. You will grow as a leader. They care about you as a person and your well-being.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say that this is a con. More of a heightened awareness. The expectations are very high. You will be expected to lead at an extremely high level and bring a level of excellence that you do not see in everyday life. Stress management is something you will need to master in order to have a long tenure here.
