      LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT! Hands down this is the best pro. You have to want it! You must be called!

      Cons

      As long as you can discern whether this is a "calling" or just a "want to work at LC", you won't have any cons. But you must be able to truly know that you are called to this!

      Pros

      There is nothing better than getting to spend your work week changing peoples lives for eternity. While there are a lot of great churches out there, none compare to the comprehensive effectiveness of Life.Church. With such a diversity of impact, you can find your calling anywhere from campus life, to building buildings, to code writing and more. Also, this organization has a huge focus on self-development, so you can't help but become a. better all around person when working here. The leadership is humble and clearly seeks God.

      Cons

      If you are a an introvert, you will have to be purposeful about charging back up as there is a lot of people interaction no matter the role.

      Clear vision and mission. High development culture. Surrounded by passionate leaders. Constant opportunities to grow and get better. You will be appreciated and cared for. Positive work environment.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a "con" but in order to grow, you have to get uncomfortable. That can be a difficult adjustment to make.
