      Pros

      I love that I awork at a place where I feel cared for, can pray about my struggles with my coworkers, be vulnerable, continue to grow as a leader and individual, and that I get to use what I am skilled at and enjoy doing that all gets to lead people to Jesus!

      Cons

      If you are wanting to work at a place where you can coast or not be all in, this isn't the place for you.

      The clarity of our mission. When I was called to ministry, my purpose was clear. The opportunity to live out my calling at Life.Church continues to inspire me. 13+ years in, and our mission has not changed. To lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
