      Pros

      I have never worked for an organization that cared more about me personally than the role I am in. I also love being able to stand behind a clear mission and vision. I daily have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented leaders. I have grown and developed more than I could have ever imagined.

      Cons

      The organization is a high feedback culture. If this is not something you are able to work in well, this may be a difficult thing for you.

      Pros

      Our culture, our values, our team passion all center around an amazing mission to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. This is lived out everyday, with each position, and on each team. I love coming to work as part of a team unified for a great purpose, lead by leadership with a unified vision. This place pushes you to become more than you could have imagined while challenging you to grow each step of the way.

      Cons

      Our culture expects excellence, drive, passion, and continued growth. That can be challenging if you are a person that resists change or has little desire for self discovery/continued development.
