      Pros

      Great Culture to grow and be stretched. You know that the organization cares about you not just as an employee but as a person. They care also about you and your family's well being. The vision and mission is clearly stated and believed in. Leadership is amazing and cares about the person over the task, hard to find in todays culture!

      Cons

      There is always so much to do and if you are not careful you can get burned out or have an unhealthy life balance.

      Management strives to improve both the environment and personal growth of all employees. They live by example what they expect from the employees. They live with integrity, and encourage the staff to walk there as well.

      Pros

      I love working at Lifechurch.tv mostly because I know my efforts are not in vain in the most important ways. The fact that we are impacting people all over the globe truly gives me a sense of fulfillment. I love the fact that the culture is fast paced and excellent, which means I am never bored and always improving. The details matter at Lifechurch.tv even though this organization is growing rapidly. It's also a FUN environment to be yourself and be able to do the things you're good at at don't do the things you aren't.

      Cons

      It's a constant moving train. You must keep up! And you must learn to be a question asker and initiater if you aren't already. I can't think of negative things that really matter as all places will have small nit picky issues. It's also very open feedback so you can't be too sensitive. Everything that happens here is for the cause of Christ, and sometimes that gets messy.
