Pros

You get to see people commit their lives to Christ each and every week. How amazing is that? Plus the office environment and fellow employees are extremely fun to work with. The culture is extremely high feedback and high expectation. This is tough but it pushes you to grow and become the best person God created you to be.

Cons

It's hard to turn off your "work mode" when at home, and I'm always thinking about how the church is doing when I'm not there. Sometimes there are long hours.

Pros

Healthy environment focused on development and growth. I never thought I'd be capable of accomplishing so much. Thankful for a vision that always has us stretching, reaching, and doing things no one has ever done.

Cons

Being stretched to grow can create uncomfortable seasons - frustration, weariness, etc. The key to getting through them is to be transparent with your leaders about what you're experiencing, and work together through the challenges.

Cons

We work for the weekends, so don't expect them off. Open office layout can make getting work done hard. Expectations are high, don't apply if you aren't willing to work hard.
