      Pros

      Working at LifeChurch.tv gives me the chance to do what I like to do and make a real, tangible difference in people's lives every single week. The vision and values of LifeChurch.tv are very clear and talked about and reinforced daily. There is never any confusion behind why we do what we do. Feedback is expected and growth, both personal and professional, are highly encouraged. Tools and resources to do my job are readily available.

      Cons

      There are rarely any slow seasons in this ministry and I have to really work hard to find time to recharge.

      Pros

      I love working here. I buy into the vision 100% and love working for an innovative place that impacts the world.

      Cons

      The pay could be about 30% more in my opinion. I think we hire young not just so we get the youthful energy and influence over their generation but also so that we can pay them less and work them more.

      Pros

      The investment into our staff by leadership is second to none. Relationally, personally, spiritually. Self-awareness and development are fundamental to our culture and who doesn't need to grow in these areas?! I am an infinitely better leader and follower of Christ because of these investments.

      Cons

      If you don't have a strong, consistent relationship with Jesus as your foundation, you can lose your way quick. You need steely strong work-life balance in order to keep ministry from overtaking your relationship with Jesus or your family.
