Pros
I can't think of any greater cause worth giving my life to than reaching people who do not know Christ. God has positioned LifeChurch.tv in such a way that we can be very successful in doing just that. I love seeing lives changed and people come alive as they experience life as God intended it to be. We also have a blast! It is a challenging work environment where you will grow and develop in ways you never imagined possible, but it is all worth it! LifeChurch.tv leadership is authentic and passionate. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else!
Cons
The work environment is intense. There are high expectations combined with a culture of constant feedback. If you don't like a fast paced, development focused, high accountability work environment that is focused on producing results ... LifeChurch.tv is probably not a good fit.
