      -Management actually cares about your health, spiritually, physically, and mentally -Many opportunities to get honest, valuable feedback that stimulates personal and professional growth -A work environment based on Godly values and community -Every project has such a broad reach to impact people evangelistically and make a difference -Great benefits and reasonable pay -Some onsite childcare, and childcare allowances for others

      Cons

      -Just be prepared to work at a super fast pace, think about Christmas in May, and be super flexible all the time -There are times when work is super intense (but there is an ebb and flow that winds up evening it out) - Frustration when there are changes you want to see that are outside of your realm of influence -There will be stress, but not drama. Be ready to deal with it in a healthy way.

      Making a real difference!

      Pros

      I work in a technical role, not on the "front lines" of ministry and its really fulfilling to get to use the talents that God has put inside of me to make a kingdom difference!

      Cons

      Ministry is hard -- there is no doubt about it. Spiritual attack and always wanting to do one more thing can cripple you if you aren't careful, but being aware of it and having good accountability relationships in place will mitigate that.
