Pros

Lifechurch.tv is a great place to work. It is fast-paced, fun, and there are lots of talented team members throughout the organization. Lifechurch.tv has a very healthy culture that comes with a strong mission/vision, an intentional leadership development culture, and lots of feedback (both positive and constructive).

Cons

Lifechurch isn't for everyone. If you lack work ethic, self awareness, drive, initiative, teachability, humility, and a sense of humor, you probably aren't built to work here. If you want the spotlight, you may want to look somewhere else. There are lots of all-stars on the team. The transition of being a big fish prior to Lifechurch.tv and quickly becoming a small fish when I joined the team was a challenge at first, but it was worth it.

Pros

i have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people on the planet, and truly have the sense that we are impacting the world in a positive way! i have grown and developed in every aspect of my life.

Cons

The culture is a high expectation, high feedback culture, which helps drive personal growth and development. This is only a con if receiving feedback is hard for you.

Pros

Leadership is excellent. Values are clear, with high standards. Development of an individual contributor is emphasized. Teamwork is a priority.

Cons

Leadership is unclear at times on specifics sometimes. Opportunities for advancement are unclear and not advertised. Using a sample size of other churches that are similar in weekend attendance and annual revenue, salary is lower than average.
