      Pros

      I love being able to use my gifts, be challenged, and work with amazing teammates all to expand God's Kingdom! I've grown so much in my time on the team and gained so much experience that I know I wouldn't have received being anywhere else.

      Cons

      It's truly difficult to think of any cons. I will say when stepping onto the team, be prepared to work hard, give feedback, receive feedback, and to have a lot of fun! Just like any organization, you'll get out of it what you put into it.

      Pros

      The benefits were absolutely amazing. Basically free health care or negligible cost.

      Cons

      The hours are usually very demanding. You have your typical 9-5 M-Thursday and then Sunday for services. On top of that you have extra events nearly every week. There are a few weeks in the summer that you are there 12-16 hours a day.

      Pros

      I have never worked anywhere like LC. I feel so supported by my direct supervisor and my staff team and truly love what we get to do! I love getting to talk about Jesus with people everyday and help them figure out who they are in Christ! Life.Church equips me with all the tools I need to be successful here but also makes it fun!

      Cons

      It is fast paced and sometimes the weeks are long. But people’s eternities are at stake so we keep running!
