      Pros

      I get to do what I'm called to every day that I work. I'm so thankful that no matter how long you've been on the team, there are incredible, consistent opportunities to continue growing as a Pastor and leader.

      Cons

      As a large organization in multiple locations, sometimes it takes a looooot to stay nimble and be able to move quickly on different changes. Sometimes that can be frustrating.

      - Leadership has integrity. - Great benefits for self and family. - Leadership and personal development opportunities are endless. - Annual pay for performance review opportunity.

      Cons

      - The pace is very fast because our mission is urgent. However, this can often push team members to work outside normal operating hours for long periods of time, creating burnout. We care about "the one", but "the one" on staff can sometimes get forgotten. - Team/policy inconsistencies. Your team norms and policies change from team to team and from leader to leader making it difficult to adjust to. - Teams are kept lean so in certain seasons, it can be very overwhelming to keep up with workload.
