A few things: - Leaders care about you as a person first. - Mission is always the focus. - Development is always available. You just have to own it for yourself. - Benefits are AMAZING - Family comes first, work is second. - A place where my calling has become my full-time job.
Cons
No major cons at all! It's not easy being in ministry, so the most important thing not to do is let your work in ministry become your relationship with Christ. Your relationship with Christ is a daily, personal walk and the work we do here at Life.Church is an overflow of what God's already doing in and through us!
