      I love being a part of what is happening here at Life.Church! To be united with so many people who are focused on the mission of leading people to Christ is extremely special. We are focused, driven, have great fun, and allowed the freedom to think outside the box. You are cared for here by your co-workers and leadership above and beyond what you would expect. We genuinely enjoy working together and make great friendships along the way.

      Pros

      Each year, we take the Gallop Q12 survey to measure employee engagement. While we score well on it, we don't "ride the wave," but we look for ways to continue to improve and actively engage in the workplace - as individuals and as a team.

      Cons

      Not really a "con" but we are learning to keep our action steps top of mind throughout the year, not just at survey or feedback time.
