      After having been here for many years, I can say that the culture of trust, feedback, discipleship, care, empowerment and development are what marks Life.Church as a wonderful place to be a part of the greatest mission on planet earth-leading people to follow and serve Jesus.

      Cons

      A temporary downside is the fact that we have expanded our staff team across the country and as a highly relational person, I wish I knew more of our team.

      Vibrant and caring community and leadership. Exciting mission reaching around the world and yet still caring for each person locally. Amazing benefits. So many kinds of roles with the possibility of switching to try different things in different seasons. On-site childcare. High feedback culture and innovation for constant improvement and growth. Leadership development of all staff members. Passionate and interesting teammates. Excellent relative cost of living in Oklahoma, and very friendly local culture.

      Cons

      Central office is in Oklahoma, so depending where you're from, the move may be an adjustment (terrain, climate, etc.). But if you're campus staff, there are 12 states that might be options. Ministry salary because we're careful to be the best stewards we can of donated funds, but it's so worth any sacrifice! Might be tough to get a work visa if you're not already legal to work in the US. Serving on Christmas Eve—but that's just like medical staff, first responders, etc.—those who care for others in need. It's an honor.
