      Everyone comes to work with a singular mission to drive towards, and leadership constantly keeps us remind and updated on the vision and strategies.

      Everything at Life.Church happens really fast. We are not a red-tape organization, and someone coming from corporate will have to allow some time to adapt.

      Pros

      There's nothing better than the fact that I get to walk through the church doors every morning and live out my calling with people I love for a mission that is way bigger than I am. Great people, great leaders, and great environment.

      Cons

      We always have more people to reach, so, none of us will ever arrive in our development or our job. It's a constant learning and increasing capacity.
