      They do a wonderful job of hiring excellent people, and everyone there is willing to help you grow and develop. They trust you with a lot and give you everything you need to succeed. Meet with as many people as you can, there is a lot of wisdom in this organization.

      During my time at Life.Church, I've been able to build a number of trusted and deep relationships with coworkers, as well as contribute to something that impacts lives.

      Cons

      The environment is incredibly fast-paced. This is communicated throughout the interview process though, and there is a lot of grace extended for rest.
