      Pros

      Trust is given from the beginning. There's a lot of freedom to learn and grow. You are given the opportunity to own your own development, but there are also many instances of development time afforded to you in the work week. You will get better.

      Cons

      The pace and learning curve is very fast and you are expected to be clear about how you're doing personally and professionally. Wouldn't call this a con, but just an expectation of excellence that many may struggle to adjust to early.

      If you don't have a good campus pastor things aren't the same. Worship culture at the top seems toxic and self-seeking.

      You will grow so much as a leader working for this organization.

      Cons

      Sometimes things move so fast that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. That can create inefficiencies within the organization and leadership.
