The leadership consistently demonstrates genuine care, passion, and integrity, creating a Christ-centered culture rooted in strong values. I am deeply grateful for how they truly care not only about the work, but also about our families and health. Being part of this team provides ongoing opportunities for growth—both professionally and personally—as individuals are encouraged to develop as pastors and leaders while using their gifts to make a meaningful and lasting eternal impact.

      We maintain strong momentum and high standards, which can at times make the pace feel full. There are meaningful opportunities to achieve a healthy work‑life balance, though doing so requires great intentionality.

      The mission! - Everyone is working toward the same mission. The life change! - Your life will be changed as well as thousands of others. The development - You cannot work here and not be changed. So many opportunities to grow and develop. The people - The people you work alongside become family. The leadership - Being led and taught by world-class leaders.

      Cons

      It is a dynamic, fast-paced, high-performing environment with a culture of strong feedback, strong accountability, and elevated expectations that can be overwhelming at times. You have to be open to it and embrace it, or it will be difficult to stay here long term.
