      You could make more money elsewhere. But the pro's and the enjoyment/satisfaction you receive from working here far outweigh that.

      Pros

      Seeing lives changed for one! Incredible atmosphere and benefits! FUN. You have fun with the people you work with and we were always helping each other become better leaders.

      Cons

      It is a fast-paced atmosphere with lots of feedback. Not everyone can keep up, but for those that can, it is 100% worth it to see the life change in people.
