      Incredible culture full of people who truly care! Ability to innovate and create while also providing tons of resources for your day to day needs A place where you come to work knowing you are making an impact! Staff members are poured into, celebrated, and developed Tons of growth opportunities

      Hiring process is a bit lengthy/difficult (for good reason) High feedback culture (not technically a con but definitely stretching)

      I get to do my best every day, using my passion and skills together every day to accomplish the mission. Everyone cares for people, not just the work.

      Cons

      You have to live in Oklahoma, which can get pretty hot in the summer and there are tornadoes.
