We believe it’s the most important work we can do here on Earth. To do that work, it’s crucial to steward our time, energy, and resources well, and we encourage our staff members to do that in a variety of ways to avoid burnout. We rely heavily on volunteers to help push our mission forward, we provide very competitive benefits, and we offer a wide variety of learning opportunities to help team members make the most of what God has given them.
