Pros

It is a great place to work if you want to accomplish your calling. The leadership really cares about their employees. Great benefits and flexible work environment.

Cons

- Even though you can work from home they do require you to be in Oklahoma (for central roles) for the most part to instill culture and missional values so if working remotely is a deal breaker then pray about it.

Pros

They offered great insurance when I started working here. Childcare.

Cons

Payment is not great but healthcare kind of helped. Unfortunately, they keep taking health insurance benefits away, not improving salaries. There's a long waiting list for childcare.

Healthy Culture and Inspiring Mission

Pros

I love where I work and have loved it for 11 years! I've been challenged personally and professionally to never stop growing. This placed has blessed my family more than I every could have imagined. Sometimes I genuinely feel guilty that I get to work somewhere that I love so much, because I know that not everyone gets to experience that with their place of work.

Cons

Life.Church is face paced, and for the most part, the people on our team love that. We are passionate about the mission of Jesus and we love to make sacrifices to further that mission. However, sacrifice is sacrifice, and not everyone is compelled to make them. This is not an easy place to work because you'll be expected to keep growing as a person and as a leader. So, if you want something laid back, this probably isn't the place for you. We love to have fun and we love where we work, but hard work is an absolute expectation and when someone doesn't work hard they tend to stand out.
