Pros

Good benefits, co-workers are genuinely happy to be there which makes work a fun, enjoyable place to be.

Cons

Low pay, long hours, expected to work after hours, and leadership will always require more and more. If you hit your goals too early then you should have set a bigger goal, but if you don't hit your goals then you need to improve your performance. Then when you hit your goals at just the right time then your leader starts asking for more and more. Leadership and upper management are never satisfied with your performance.

We agree that the work we do is demanding, but we fully believe in working from a place of rest so that we can always work with excellence. Open communication is key to resolving any issues, so we encourage you to bring these concerns to your leader. If you have more specific ways we could get better at promoting a better work-life balance, we’d love to hear from you! You can always connect with your HR Partner for help in this issue or any others. Your well-being is very important to us!

Great mission, poor leaders

Pros

Great benefits and some campuses have flexible schedules.

Cons

There are some very manipulative and conceited people in leadership positions. Their leadership team is aware of the toxicity of a particular individual and instead of taking action, they promote him over and over again. His leadership flows through the rest of the campuses and creates a toxic work environment filled with anxiety, kissing up to leadership, and false appearances. They hype up the idea of being on staff but so many have left both in attendance and on staff over the last year and half. They care more about appearances than real salvations. Issues are swept under the rug...

Pros

Benefits are great. Work/life balance is great.

Cons

Don’t go deeper in Christ publicly than the Life.Church brand can allow for. No prayer involved in the workplace. Lukewarm leaders.
