      Life. Church genuinely cares about the good of every single employee. We are encouraged in our spiritual, personal, and professional lives. Your team is like extended family!

      You may have to relocate which can be hard at first. But worth it!

      This is my dream job, and 10+ years in, I'm more passionate than ever about what we get to be part of. God is really doing something special here, and it's a privilege to play a part. Here are a few of my favorite aspects of our work culture: -The opportunity to see God change people's eternities forever all over the world—the absolute best! -A compelling mission and core values that are actually lived out every day -A healthy staff culture that prioritizes relationships, drives results, cares about the health of your family, and invests heavily in your growth and development -World-class church leaders that I admire, respect, and fully trust -Ongoing opportunity to lead and take on new areas of ministry ownership -Very generous benefits

      Important disclaimer: These are all things I actually love and appreciate about our work culture because they align with the type of team I want to be part of, but they are things that can be challenging or an adjustment for those who don't come from this kind of work environment. -Our culture of consistent, direct feedback and ongoing personal development means you're consistently challenged to pursue growth -Our pace of work has 2 speeds: fast and faster :) -You will likely need to spend some holidays away from family since they're peak times of the year for us (e.g., Easter or Christmas Eve)
