      Pros

      We get to be a part of the greatest mission on earth, have fun, and get paid to do it! Great benefits, fun work environment, rewarding work.

      Cons

      If you do not keep the mission as the focus, you run the risk of the pace and drive to chew you up and spit you out.

      Pros

      When I go into the office, I can be almost certain that I will have a positive and meaningful interaction with a coworker or leader. It's also very hard to NOT grow personally and professionally while on the team.

      Cons

      Since the mission is so important, it can be easy to fall into the trap of believing rest isn't justified. With wisdom and humility, this can be overcome.
