      The people you work with every day are great!

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible. Bare minimum vacation, crappy health insurance. LCE used to be a great place to work but after the pandemic it started going downhill. After laying a bunch of people off and taking away bonuses, vacation days, and other perks, many people have started leaving and LCE is no longer the best place to work it used to be.
