My experiences at LCE were good. I would say that sometimes during a contract negotiation, things can get stressful, but the company definitely shows appreciation for its employees.

Cons

There is a lot of work to be done and the atmosphere can be a tad stressful.

Very open ended work, Got a lot of freedom with solution design. Manager tried really hard to get me a permanent position but there was a lot of red tape with the Customer
