LCE - No Great Place to Work

Pros

LCE tries to provide equitable benefits!

Cons

Senior Management has placed inexperienced and young and immature persons to be supervisors who have no backbone or understanding of helping employees who are having issues with prime contractor and client staff who is unethical, mean spirited, and unprofessional who enjoys bullying and lying on sub-contractors. Management believes by ignoring the situation will get better. They prefer to reflect a non-issue on contracts rather than dealing with the issue.

Pros

A friendly company atmosphere. Employee owned and corporate seems to actually care about improving company benefits.

Cons

As with many contracting companies, most of the work is not at LCE's office, but at a client site. Many of the company benefits aren't readily accessible on a daily basis.
