The recruiters act as if they are offering you top dollar - if you accept what they offer, you'll find out you have co-workers earning significantly more than you (especially if you are female). Managers stall when you ask them for a raise - despite you proving your worth - and proving that you are significantly underpaid. Only 2 weeks of PTO per year. If this is a family friendly company (and best place to work), take care of your employees and give them more time off to spend with their kids. Benefits are high deductible, or only covered at 70%. Consider offering a better plan for your employees.
