      Pros

      Great company to work for! Locally-owned, locally-managed. Great employees! Great office environment! Focused on employee health and work-life balance! I can't say enough great things! When I left, I felt as though I was leaving family.

      Cons

      Not enough opportunities internally to keep IT personnel gainfully employed when the current gig ends. If there were other opportunities, I'd still be there today.

      Voted as one of the best companies in SC year after year. Privately held company with employees sharing ownership through ESOP. This company cares about its employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes loyal to employees to a fault. Small company, hard to move up.
