      The company is very small and is family owned and operated. They treat their employees fairly and respectfully.

      Pros

      Health Insurance starts from day 1 Employee Stock Ownership Plan 2 weeks vacation and 1 week sick starting Flexible work schedule (can work 4 10's, 4 9's and 8 as long as you get 80 hours in for 2 weeks)

      Cons

      You are never in view of your direct supervisor (at client site) therefore the evaluations can be biased. Health Insurance could be better cost/benefit wise Government work environment and your are a contractor
