Not much growth at this company

Terrible PTO and vacation. Benefits keep getting worse year by year. Low ball salaries. Disorganized company. Bonuses were taken away after the pandemic. And people are rarely given raises. Management and HR have a "firing plan" that tells them how to properly fire someone without fault which they do not stick to. Was given a PIP with unrealistic expectations to stick to, given the cold shoulder by my manager and was shamed when asking for guidance or help, was scapegoated because of the tight knit department who were friends outside of the office. This company was not worth the stress. Please look elsewhere.
