Thank you for the 5 star review! Due to our work being spread to various customer sites and remote in addition to our corporate office, connection with peers can be a challenge. We plan to continue to offer more tools and in person events to help you connect with the rest of the team.

Thank you for the 5 star review and for recognizing our efficiency! We are always reviewing the compensation package and leave benefits to balance overall benefit to employees while ensuring our rates are competitive to win future work. Currently, we offer new employees 5 days of sick time, 10 vacation days, 10 paid holidays (including some flexible holidays), as well as flexible schedules like the 9/80 schedule. In addition, paid time off increases over time as employees reach additional years of service with the company.
