Pros

Benefits are good Pto is good

Cons

Bad choices in management. Promoted an employee after having a harassment complaint made on her Didn’t take complaint to HR, blew it off. Doesn’t care about employees concerns. Lets the problem employees stay and fires the ones who actually work.

Cons

No rest Call center job so you're on the phone for hours a day being harassed and abused by chronic callers Almost always asked to work overtime as well as skip lunch/days off Strict quality control on calls little to no room to move up in the company

Pros

Training for WSS is 12 weeks and they are pretty thorough. You do classroom learning then ‘on the job’ training for a month before starting your normal schedule. People are generally friendly in the office. The actual products are the highest quality in the industry and you learn a lot. The discount on supplements is great too.

Cons

SO MANY DOWNSIDES. First, your calls are graded down to the decimal point. You can have a great call and make your customer happy yet fail because of an unnecessary detail. Second, as a WSS they want you to bend over backwards for your customer and provide health advice/suggestions that are way beyond what any supplement company should be doing. Third, they waited until 12 weeks of training was complete to tell me my calls weren’t good enough and I was at risk for termination. In training we had meetings almost daily regarding our call quality and no one told me this. Fourth, management is incredibly micromanaging. You have to message someone to use the bathroom and that time comes out of your allotted break time. Time off and schedule swaps are all about favoritism. This is a true call center position in a sad office with grey cubicles. Only certain people succeed at LE so think about what you’re getting into.
