Pros

Great health benefits hourly starts 18/hr, yearly and monthly bonuses based on performance. Still not worth it hourly should be at least 25 if your going to endure this place.

Cons

Training is not sufficient to prepare you for work, low staff due to high turnover company always pushing overtime, mandatory overtime on super sale. No flexibility for unexpected time off. BIGGEST issue is unprofessional behavior from management and favoritism toward employees who are friends with management outside of work.

Pros

Health benefits if you're solo - if you're looking for benefits for yourself and your family, it's not even worth it through the company.

Cons

Lack of DEI in management for the corporate side of the building. If you look at the diversity you'll notice it's primarily in the call center section of the business. There are mostly yt-passing or yt people in management for Marketing specifically. If you work your way up - you will be used and abused. Your salary will not match your worth or your efforts for the company. If you have a family, say goodbye to work-life balance because if you can't work serious amounts of overtime every week, you're not doing enough for the company. The high turnover rate for new employees, even if you make it past your 90 days - You'll end up taking on the job for multiple people because they fire people easily. CEO is heavily invested in every single employee's file. Whenever it comes down to reviews, they're always delayed several months because of their current process. Although they say there are opportunities for raises and bonuses, you won't receive or see those benefits until way down the line if eligible.
