Hybrid, Great people, bonus and raise every year, room for growth, work with multiple departments

Cons

Won’t allow full remote, need to start at a high salary for raises to be worth it. Rarely do team lunches. Bad culture for stepping away from computer. (Must send email to entire department)

Bad choices in management. Promoted an employee after having a harassment complaint made on her Didn’t take complaint to HR, blew it off. Doesn’t care about employees concerns. Lets the problem employees stay and fires the ones who actually work.
