The HQ building is dirty and dusty, so beware if you have allergies. Inside is very hot or very cold, sometimes on the same day. Located in a nasty neighborhood, so no errands are possible at lunch and you have to take an hour. On-site cafe regularly makes people sick, only fast food nearby. One refrigerator for everyone to use that is never cleaned out. The medical insurance is good for individuals but bad for families - lower cost insurance for kids on the exchanges. No paid maternity leave. No sick time - three "floating" days that must be used annually. Limited paid time off. Management can be clueless - after hurricane Irma staff were to report on-site at 11 am, one hour after the county-wide curfew was lifted at 10 am (no power, no school or day care, no working traffic lights and trees everywhere), People had to use vacation time to deal with the hurricane aftermath or return from evacuation - expect some hurricane common sense from a Florida company. The 401K match is low. Bonuses and raises are also low, so negotiate for a good base rate.
