Solid job, good benefits, little room for advancement.

Pros

Lots of training, great and understanding supervisors and help. Very clear parameters of what they expect. Hot lunch catered for a small price in the building that you can put on account.

Cons

Very little room for advancement. They do cost of living increases and a bonus once a year, but as far as moving into other departments, the opportunities were far and few between.

Pros

The pay is pretty good, especially for recent college graduates. Free health and dental insurance, which is hard to come by these days. Overtime is always available, could be a good thing or bad thing.

Cons

You are just a number here. You can work a full 8 hour shift and not talk to 1 coworker. You are literally tied to the phone. Life Extension customers are abusvie and you don't have support from supervisors. Everyone who gets on the phone can't wait to get off.

Cons

Chances of promotion is based on who favors you in upper management. Intense scrutiny and oversight. High employee turnover, from top to bottom.
