great benefits such as free medical and dental, 401K match up to 6%, employee discount, lots of opportunity for overtime, wonderful co-workers

Cons

Starting Las Vegas hours are 1:30-10 pm, open weekends and all major holidays, high call volume, sometimes difficult customers, sometimes a lack of communication between departments (especially between Florida and Vegas)

too many interviews and the training lasts for 2 or 3 months and they treat you like high school students. Cause anxiety and pressure, no proper training methods.
