Cons

too many interviews and the training lasts for 2 or 3 months and they treat you like high school students. Cause anxiety and pressure, no proper training methods.

-They give a couple of schedule times to choose from -After the probation period you get the typical health/life/dental/vision insurance benefits. -401 K plan -Depending on your call performance you get earn an incentive/bonus -Yearly bonus depending on call performance and status of employment while there is a factor as well - Did not feel like a call center. More like a chill vibe. Everyone got along. -There is constant knowledge we learn about vitamins and overall being healthy

Cons

There may not be that many options for growth I personally felt in the Fort Lauderdale location favoritism was everywhere. It may take a long time to get a schedule change, but they'll try to work with you
