Free health insurance for singles - if you are on a family plan, good luck. There goes your paycheck. Overtime is always available.

Cons

No work/life balance. Most people do not get two days off in a row. It makes it hard to have a life. High stress environment. Managers suck, do not practice what they preach and are lazy bums.
