Pros

Life extension truly wowed me on my first day and they continue to do so. The effort they put in to make you feel welcomed and accepted is beyond comparison. This company feels like Disney World! The internal customer service employees have with one another is something I've never experienced before. It is very much a teaching organization, there are no dumb questions! and if your supervisor doesn't know the answer to a question you have, they will find the resource or another employee with more experience to help you. It is an amazing feeling knowing that my team wants me to succeed and is willing to assist me in every way to assure that it happens. The diversity of a company is something that is most important to me. When I walk in to Life Extension, I see every race, gender, size, culture, ethnicity ect.. you can feel all the different ingredients of the salad bowl tossing together organically and it is a beautiful sight. Especially seeing the diverse presence at the executive level.

Cons

You will stay busy, in a good way.

Pros

The friendships you make while working there and the insurance is paid for by the company

Cons

Overworked, pay is low, stressful, back to back calls, no room for growth, favoritism, management doesn't care about their employees, racist, black people and people of color work on the bottom while upper management, HR, and corporate are all white.
