Pros

Nothing that I am aware of.

Cons

Honestly I don’t know where to start. The pay is minimum wage, literally nothing for what you have to deal with. Job title is misleading as half the customers are abusing the line and call in about the most obscene topics. Practically no paid time off, have to work on weekends and holidays which is beyond ridiculous. Asking on a daily basis to take lunch or go on break is also ridiculous. Supervisors are not helpful, super nosey wondering about stuff they should not be interested in rather than focusing on how to make you happier and better at work. Also super negative. Personally I would have been better off with no supervisor. Health company yet snacks include donuts, chocolate and chips. Overall this job was a waste of my degree and the job postings online are false advertisement. You really have to be a special kind of person to work here for years. Get out while you still can.
