Pros

Have snacks. Open parking in front of the building.

Cons

Bosses and coworkers are backstabbers. They tell you in the interview one set of hour and then change. Most of the employees are related to management. The Controller does not speak English. No training. They change your hours, thinking you won't snip a copy!

Pros

The company is forward-thinking and groundbreaking. The quality of the supplements produced is high. They ask for input from employees yearly, and attempt to honor those requests when they can.

Cons

The pay is poor for those who work their way up through the company. They will offer a promotion to an internal applicant with lower pay than they would have to pay someone from the outside. The employee feels obligated to accept the low pay, since the opportunities for advancement are rare. Management in the Wholesale Department is especially poor - they overwork the small office staff, while continuing to spend money to hire more Marketing people. Burnout is a real concern in that department.
